  • 75 ml Cachaça
  • 1/2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 Carambola
  • Crushed ice


  • Cut the carambola into small pieces, leaving out the very top and bottom parts.
  • Gently muddle the carambola and sugar in an old-fashioned glass.
  • Pour in cachaça and add ice. Stir well. Enjoy!
