Caipirinha Mulata


  • 60 ml Cachaça
  • 2 tablespoons Rapadura (grated)
  • 10 ml Sicilian lemon juice
  • 1/2 Tahiti lemon
  • Ice (crushed)


  • Begin by cutting the tahiti lemon into wedges.
  • Place the lemon wedges, lemon juice and rapadura in a long glass. Muddle well.
  • Now pour in the cachaça and the crushed ice. Stir well. If necessary pour more ice. Enjoy.
