  • 75 ml Cachaça
  • 3/4 green lemon
  • 3 tablespoons white sugar
  • ice (crushed)


  • Carefully cut the lemon in wedges.
  • Place the lemon and the sugar inside a short thick glass and gently grind using a pestle.
  • Add ice and cachaça to the mix and stir homogeneously.
  • Fill up the glass with some more ice and enjoy!
