  • 20 ml Pedro Ximenez wine
  • 40 ml Cachaça
  • 1 Green lemon (cut into wedges)
  • 40 g Green apple (cut into wedges)
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • Ice (cubes)


  • Gently muddle the lemon, sugar and green apple.
  • Pour in cachaça and ice. Shake everything in a cocktail mixer for 5 seconds.
  • Pour the mix in an old fashion glass and add the wine. Saúde!
