Today I am going to show you guys how to make a delicious and exotic watermelon caipirinha. Watermelon is a beautiful fruit and one that is also readily available. I think everyone appreciates it’s sweet taste and aroma and you are sure to please even the toughest customers with this recipe.
Now, as I explained in another article, caipirinha changes its name slightly depending on the type of alcohol used. Since we are going to be mixing this beautiful watermelon caipirinha with Sake, I will stop referring to it as caipirinha and use the right term for it, caipisake.
For those of you who don’t know, Sake is a japanese alcoholic beverage made from fermented rice. To learn a bit more about it, I recommend you read part 2 of my Introduction to Mixology article.
Ok, so now that we are all on the same page, let’s get started! Enjoy the recipe and happy mixing!
