  • 50 g Apricot (paste)
  • 10 ml Lemon juice
  • 15 ml Arak
  • 100 nl Water
  • 3 cubes Ice


  • Heat the water in a pan, add the apricot paste and stir until the paste is completely dissolved. Let it cool.
  • Now pour in the mix, the arak, the lemon juice and the ice cubes in a cocktail mixer and shake well.
  • Serve in a caipirinha glass. Enjoy
